Having doubled its cargo movement over the last decade, the Port of Los Angeles has needed to focus increasingly on efficiency of operations.  The Port recognizes Information Technology as a key component in this equation and has contracted Birdi Systems, Inc. to provide on-call IT services.  Areas of this service include but are not limited to: software programming, help desk support, internet development, and legacy application support.
