Birdi Systems Inc.(BSI) provided Project Management services for the implementation of LAX Airport Police Computer-Aided Dispatch and related systems. In this collaborative effort, we introduced the Data911 dispatch system, renovated the existing dispatch center, and installed new dispatch consoles and client machines. Our work entailed the installation of mobile data communications and 50+ Mobile Data Systems, as well as the integration of these systems with the LAX Video Network system (VNET) and the LAX Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS). As part of the installation, we integrated the CAD with CLETS. This project involved skills in program management, systems coordination, and subject matter expertise.
