• Birdi Systems, Inc., successfully took over the maintenance of the Police Dispatch System at LAX and ONT from an incumbent staff of 18 years without any issues.
• The system includes multiple interfaces: Linux, Microsoft, VAX, Oracle on RAC, mobile computers, and others.  A significant achievement included the development of the interface between the LAX Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and Situator at the LAX Airport Response Coordination Center (ARCC) for passing of CAD events data.
