Birdi Systems, Inc., provided support for the Project Control systems in the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (SDCRAA) Terminal Development Program. Our work included configuration, commissioning, and ongoing technical support for Prolog, P6, DocuShare, and SDCRAA’s ePM. A key achievement was the development of the SAN Tools software application, which facilitates the development of individual project budgets and automates the creation of Project Financial Summaries and Trend Analysis Sheets.
