Mr. Barnum introduced shared communications network use to airports in 1990 and has been active in the development of integrated and network-based systems in airports and transportation since then.
Gary Wood has 30+ years of experience in the installation and service of security, inter-communication and telephone systems. As a project manager, his experience includes the oversight and management of systems applications, integration, and design for assigned projects involving card access, CCTV, intercom, parking and building control systems, and paging.
At Ontario International Airport (ONT) Mr. Wood designed, engineered, directed equipment procurement and managed the installation of a new card access control system and CCTV system. This system also includes one ID credential system for producing ID photo badges with six administrative/monitoring workstations located throughout the airport, connected via a fiber optic redundant LAN system. Mr. Wood’s other responsibilities include the installation of assigned packages encompassing submittals, construction meetings, field supervision and project acceptance. He also supervises and manages long-term on-site maintenance contracts.
Thomas (Tom) McCloskey has 30 years of innovation in technology contracting, systems integration, design build, manufacturing, consulting, sales and marketing in the transportation, nuclear power, utility, critical infrastructure, commercial, industrial verticals including government and force protection environments. Recruited to manage and transform the largest municipal utility in the US into a customer driven enterprise in preparation of the Deregulation of the California Energy Industry, Tom focused on the development of internal transformation, marketing strategies, customer relations, industry partnerships and new product development and delivery channels. Established sales in Europe as a manufacture of building automation and security systems in the utility and airport segments. As director of national accounts for an international security systems provider, Tom managed a team of marketing and sales professionals in providing industry leading customer solutions and service to public, private and government clients in major systems deployment.
